Yaz mevsimi daima uzun bir mevsim

 gibi gelse de sonbahar geldiğinde anlıyor insan; zaman denilen kavram umduğumuzdan daha kısa. Kısa olan anlar toplamında nefes almaya çalışırken

 yeniden başlamayı mevsimlerle öğreniyoruz. Lasik operasyon sonrası göz problemlerinden bahsetmiştim.

 KPSS sonrası biliyorsunuz yalnızca kimlik ve sınav giriş belgesiyle girebiliyoruz. Bu durum böyle olunca güneş gözlüğü yanıma alamadım. 

Adana gün içerisinde yazı anımsatan bir hava ile olunca; klima hala çalışıyor bunlara ek olarak kalabalık sınıflar ve havasız ortam gözlerimi çok yıprattı. 

Eğitim sınavında bir ara soruların önümde bulanıklaşıp uyuyacak gibi hissettim. Sabahın çok erken saati ve sürecin uzunluğu sağlık problemlerini de artırıyor.

Oysa kirpik dibi iltihabını azaltabilmek için Johnson's bebek şampuanı sabah yüzümü yıkadıktan sonra göz kapaklarıma ve kirpiklerime masaj yaparak uyguluyorum. Ardından eyestil, 

tek kullanımlık göz damlaları ve gün içerisinde sıcak kompress uyguluyorum. Bu arada hindistan cevizi yağını da gece uyumadan göz kapaklarıma korkuyordum da çünkü herhangi bir farklı 

enfeksiyon da kapabilir düşüncesi ile sürüyordum. Hindistan cevizi yağının biraz rahatlattığını söyleyebilirim.

 Johnson's bebek şampuanı, bebekleriniz gözlerinin yanmasından şikayetçiyse eğer çok haklılar. Yanmaz ibaresine

 rağmen kısa süreli bir göz yakması var ne yazık ki.

Doktor blefarit için merhem gibi pomad bittiğinde, suni gözyaşı damlası 

eğer etkili olmuyorsa biraz pahalı bir öneri diyerek Thealoz Duo göz damlasını tavsiye etmişti. Hakikaten de araştırınca gördüm ki 2018 yılında 45 lira olan damla, 

2022 yılında 172 lira... Bir ay kullanabileceğiniz bu damlanın ikincisini kullanıp bitirmek üzereyim. 

Günde 4,6 damla kullanabileceğiniz; orta ve şiddetli göz kuruluklarında tavsiye ediliyor. Kontakt lens kullananlar çok memnun olduğunu belirtmişler.

İkinci ay bitmek üzere olduğu için sizlerle de paylaşmak istedim. Suni göz yaşı damlaları doktorların verdiği önerdiği sgk kapsamındaki markaları kullandım.

 Ancak hiç bu marka kadar etkili olmamıştı. Sabah gözünüze damlattıktan sonra bilgisayara bakmıyorsanız ya da rüzgar değişken hava koşullarına maruz kalmıyorsanız akşam saatlerinde kullanma ihtiyacı hissediyorsunuz. Dört saat gerçekten de gözünüze büyük bir yardım yapıyor. Ama değişken etkenlerde Thealoz duo da yardımcı olamıyor. 

Bu yazımı yazdığım şu anda bile gözlerimde yanma ve batma bir kenara 

kızarıklık da var ne yazık ki. Gün içerisinde gözünüzü hissetmeniz gerek, kuruma etkisini hissedeceğiniz an masa başında iseniz kalkmanız odayı hemen havalandırmanız, 

göz damlasını hemen kullanmanız gerekiyor. Su her şeyin devası derler ya çok doğru. Günlük su tüketiminiz 2,2.5 litre olması gerekiyor. 

Ek olarak ise omega3 takviyesi peki geçiyor mu? Sadece kontrol edebiliyorsunuz ki bazı günler çok şiddetli de olabiliyor.

 Bilmiyorum herkes göz lazer operasyonu sonrası uzağı görebiliyorum, harika derken kabul ettiği göz kuruluğunun insandan insana değiştiğini de bilebilse. Bundan sonraki süreç için karar vermede daha etkili olurdu. Operasyon öncesi imzatılan kağıdı dikkatlice incelediğinizde olabilecek etkileri şimdi bir kez daha dikkatli

 okuduğumda keşke daha dikkatli okusaymışım dedim. her göz yapısı birbirinden çok farklı ve yüzde 95'lik bir başarı oranının dahi yüzde 5'lik olumsuz tarafında olunca anlıyor insan; 

artık bundan sonrası için hep daha dikkatli ve kontrollü olmak gerekiyor. Göz makyaj ürünlerinden uzak durmak ve göz kapağınızı, kirpik diplerinizi daima temizlemeniz gerek.

I've always loved August. Here, summer reflects the color of the august. A little suntan, a little bit of heat, a bit of dried soil... Kore drama izlemeyeli uzun zaman olmuş. Bilmiyorum sizin için de mi böyle ama kaliteli yapım eskisi gibi yok sanki. Her zaman emeğe saygım var ancak konular aynı olaylar aynı hatta tahmin edilebilir senaryolar diyalogları bile aynı... Evet böyle düşünürken hop güncel bir diziyi her hafta merakla bekliyorum. 'Alchemy of souls ' Bu nasıl bir görsel tasarım detayları ilk bölümde hayranlıkla izlediğim sahneler ve Netflix yapımı. Hani bu özeni keşke Türk dizileri de gösterse, bu kış izlediğim tek dizi Destan dizisiydi ve ilk beş bölümden sonra izlemeye başladığım dizi bu dizi mıydı diye şaşırdım. Neredeyse 5 kişi ile savaş sahneleri biraz daha yardımcı oyuncular olsa ve dönem atmosferini yansıtsa olmaz mıydı,  diyor insan. Neyse biz ruhların si yaşına gelelim. Başrolde Extraordinary you dizisinden Lee Jae-wook ve Jung So-min,  Playfull Kiss dizisi oldukça popüler olsa da ben onu Kim Nam Gill'in oynadığı Bad Guy dizisinden tanıyor ve çok beğeniyordum. Güzel ve yetenekli bir oyuncu olduğunu düşünüyorum. 

Dizide aslında var olmayan, kurgusal bir ülke olan Daeho'da ölmek üzere olan büyücülerin başka bedenlerde ruhlarını yaşattıkları bir büyü ile gelişen olayları izliyoruz. Bu büyü sonucunda ruhlar bedenlerde uyum sağlanamazsa delirip taşa dönmektedir. Jang Wook(Lee Jae-wook) çok farklı bir doğum hikayesine sahiptir. Usta büyücü olan babası onun enerji kapısını mühürlemiştir. Dizinin ilk bölümünde ise yetenekli bir büyücü olan aslında suikastçı Naksu,kör bir kız plan Mudeok'un bedeninde ruhların simyası sonucu yaşamaya başlar.  

Mudeok ve Jang Uk ise kaderlerini yeniden beraber şekillendirirken olaylar gelişir. Naksu farklı bir oyuncu ve ilk kez kendisini gördüm. Oldukça havalı ve güzel bir kadın oyuncuymuş, Mudeok ise bambaşka bir hikayesi olduğunu ilerleyen bölümlerde hissettirdi. Bu dizi üç aşık var onu da belirteyim. Hani bir taraf olmak için büyümüş olsam da veliaht Prens karakterine bayıldım :)

   Bayramlar güzeldir, kalabalıklar eskisi gibi mutlu etmese de... Yorgunluk zihnen değil fiziki olarak da sizi hapseder çünkü. Uzun zamandır göz kuruluğu ve kirpik dibi iltihabı sikayetlerimi yazıyorum. Aslında yazabilmek bile harika çünkü ekrana bakmak tahammül edilmez bir hale gelebiliyor. Bulanıklığa siyah bir gölge düşüyor görmüyorum çünkü. Her sabah kalktığımda gün içerisinde yaşayacak mıyım bu sorunu diye düşünmekten kalp atışlarım hızlanıyor sanki. Eğer iyi ve tecrübeli bir doktorla konuşup size etkileri detaylı olarak anlatılmıyorsa yaptırmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir çok insan normal hayatına berrak bir şekilde devam ederken her sabah suni göz yaşı damlası ve kirpik diplerim için bebek şampuanı kullanıyorum, Sıcak su ve pamuk ile pansuman yapıp kulak çöpü ile kirpiklerimi ince ince temizliyorum. Bu böyle olmamalıydı diyerek üzülmekten kendimi alamıyorum. Umudum olmasa da ki bir öğretmen olarak atama umudumu tamamen kaybettim bu sebe 2021 puanı ile 110 kişi bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenliği kontenjan verildi. Onca mezuna bekleyene rağmen ve bu sene kpss de gözlerime o siyah gölge gibi bir durumun gelip kağıdı görememekten korkuyorum. Anlattığım çoğu insanın gözlerinde bu durumla ilgili anlamsız bakışlar görüyorum. Çünkü ne olursa olsun kalkıp devam edebiliyor ve sınavlara girebiliyorum öyle ya da böyle... Tamamen etkilenmemek ya da acını sürekli dile getirmemek demek ki kaale alınmama sebebi... İyi ve güzel günlerde yanında olmayana alışıyor da insan kötü günlerinde illa ki samimi bir kalp aranıyormuş ne diyelim...Çareler ziyade duygusal bir destek için.

Yazmayı sizlerle paylaşmayı seviyorum. Burası benim günlüğüm gibi. Yapamazsam bu benim en büyük hayal kırıklığım ve üzüntüm olur. Sığındığım liman; yazmak. 

Aslında karbon sabunu hakkında yazacaktım ama yine kalem karar verdi. Bu sabun cildimizdeki sivilce gibi problemlere iyi geldiği belirtiliyor ben ise şampuan öncesi kepek ve saç derisinin temizliği gibi problemler için kullanmaya başladım. Çok memnun kaldım. Korona sonrası dökülme gibi problemler yaşadığımı söylemiştim. Onun için de kendim altı çeşit yağdan oluşan bir kür kullanmaya başladım.(elimdeki doğal yağları kullandım) Daha sonra detaylı olarak yazacağım umarım. Karbon sabunu kullanmaya başladığımdan itibaren saç derimin daha temiz ve parlak olduğunu fark ettim. Yüze kullanma konusu da her zaman çekinirim.  Alerjik bünyeler, hassas ciltler olabilir.
