Tatlı yapmanın psikolojiye çok iyi geldiğini söylemeliyim. Sanki günün bütün stresi hamurda karışıp fırında kayboluyor. Bu yüzden son zamanlarda denediğim çok tarif var. Özellikle güzel olanları sizlerle paylaşmak beni de mutlu ediyor. Kafelerdeki bir dilim kek ve pasta fiyatlarını da görünce ekonomik olduğunu da belirtmeliyim. Çok fazla dilim çıkıyor ve kalan kek dilimleri de buzluğa atabilirsiniz. Buzluğa saklama kabında fırın kağıdı ile üzerini kapatarak atmanızı tavsiye ederim. Buzluk kokusu olmuyor. 

Benim kullandığım kek kalıbı biraz büyük aslında daha küçük bir kek kalıbında daha şiş ve tam bir pasta formunda olacaktır. Sizlere tarifi ise ekliyorum;

ORMAN MEYVELİ KEK TARİFİ

Malzemeler

*3 yumurta

*1 su bardağından bir parmak eksik şeker

*1/2 su bardağı süt

*1/2 su bardağı sıvıyağ

*2 su bardağı un

*Kabartma tozu ve Vanilya

*Dondurulmuş orman meyveleri

Üzeri için;

*1 su bardağı un

*100 gram tereyağı

*1/2 su bardağı şeker

Yapılışı

3 yumurtayı şeker ile çırpın. Fazla çırpmanızı tavsiye ederim pürüzsüz bir kıvamda olsun. Süt ve yağı sırasıyla ekleyin. Daha sonra ise vanilya, kabartma tozu ve un eklemesi yapın. Kek kıvamını aldıktan sonra yağlı kağıt serdiğiniz kek kalıbına ekleyin. Birkaç kez zemine vurun ki kekin içerisinde hava da çıkmış olsun. Sonrasında dondurulmuş orman meyvelerinden ekleyin. Üzeri için ise; Un, şeker ve tereyağı karışımı hazırlayın. Karışımı orman meyveleri katının üzerine ekleyin. 

Fırına göre değişse de önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında 45 dakika da kek oldu.

Sonuç ise bu şekilde. Bir dilimi oldukça doyurucu oldu hatta beyaz çikolata ya da sade dondurma olsa mıydı dedim. Malum Adana'da yalancı Afrika sıcakları 32 dereceye kadar kendini gösterecek diyor. Havalar bir anda yaza geçti. Sonrasında yeniden bir Balkan soğuğu gelecek denilse de dondurma tezgahları pastane önlerine çıkarılmaya başlandı bile. Ben crumble tarzı kekleri seviyorum. Orman meyvelerini marketten 350 gram 109 liraya satın almıştım. Kendimce iftardan sonra yoğurt ile serinletici bir lezzet olabilir diye düşündüm ki kek yapımında hepsini de kullanmadım. Bereketli oldu bir paket.
